In 2022, I was one of the unlucky licensing candidates who had to rewrite their bar exam. When I first received the news that I had to rewrite, I was devastated. I struggled with balancing studying and articling simultaneously, but I needed to attain my June 2022 call date. The stress from life, work, and studying, made me re-evaluate my career completely. In truth, it caused me to reconsider the value of my life.
Many licensing candidates, find themselves in these unideal positions. However, I knew my response would dictate how well I bounce back from the stress and disappointment of preparation. This prompted me to solicit the services of Ontario Bar Exam Coach, Piper, who provided support, perspective, and insight to successfully pass the bar exam.
As a promise, I made a commitment to host three 20-minute meetings a month for a bar exam check-in with licensing candidates that are re-writing the bar exam. If you felt the way I described above, feel free to email me at charles@campbellfirm.ca for some perspective on how to access the right tools and mindset for the re-write ahead.
Happy writing and best of luck. – Charles M.Campbell
